OC1 Chain Lube 500ml

OC1 Chain Lube is a high-performance lubricant that is designed specifically for the lubrication of chains and other moving parts of motorcycles, as well as MTB, enduro and gravel bikes. It is a dust and dirt resistant, water and mud resistant, and long-lasting protective coating that reduces the noise of the chain and protects it against corrosion.

This product is also perfectly suited for the lubrication of cable armor, saddlebag locks, exposed fork components and all metal-metal contact areas where friction reduction is required. OC1 Chain Lube is set to revolutionize chain efficiency and performance for all motorcycles covering longer distances and is ideal for tourers or commuters as you can go far longer between reapplication intervals.

The unique water repellent, ceramic, non-fling formula penetrates deep into the chain link, creating a durable protective coating which will guard your chain against corrosion and metal to metal wear, in all weather conditions. The added benefit to our unique formula is that it includes a UV Dye, which means you can accurately see the lubricants specific coverage when using a UV Torch. This also allows you to wipe away any overspray that may have otherwise gone undetected.

OC1 Chain Lube can be used on all types of chains including standard and those with O-RING, X-RING, Z-RING. It is suitable for all chain types and offers excellent wear protection and outstanding lubrication performance even under extreme loads. This product contains PTFE which offers top corrosion protection and creeping properties.

To use OC1 Chain Lube, shake before use and spray the cleaned chain and allow to take effect. This lubricant is specifically developed to lubricate racing motorcycle chains and can be used on very fast bikes as it adheres to the chain even at high speeds. With its high-performance additives, it noticeably extends the mileage of the chain set and offers top corrosion protection and creeping properties.

How to

1. Clean the chain thoroughly using OC1 Chain Cleaner .
2. Shake the OC1 Chain Lube 500ml can before use.
3. Hold the can about 10-15cm away from the chain and spray evenly along the length of the chain.
4. Allow the chain lube to dry for 10 minutes.
5. For optimal protection, it is recommended to reapply the chain lube after each ride, especially in harsh riding conditions.
6. Avoid applying the chain lube to the tire treads and braking surfaces.
7. Ensure that the can is stored in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight or sources of heat.

Caution

1. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources.
2. Do not puncture or incinerate the can even if it is empty.
3. Keep out of reach of children.
4. Do not expose the can to temperatures above 50°C.
5. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
6. Do not apply the chain lube to handgrips or the seat of the motorcycle.
