Terms and Conditions

The following sales- and delivery conditions apply for all deliveries from PSE Parts 2017 ApS. The conditions apply in the case
that no other written agreements have been made between the buyer and PSE Parts 2017 ApS.
 
Documentation and instructions:
If there are product descriptions and operating instructions to the product, then it will be included in the delivery from
 PSE Parts 2017 ApS. If you wish further information or advise from PSE Parts 2017 ApS, then this should be considered only as guidance.
 
Responsibility:
The responsibility for the products purchased at PSE Parts 2017 ApS changes from PSE Parts 2017 ApS to the buyer at the time of delivery.
 
Complaints:
Any fault or defects on products delivered from PSE Parts 2017 ApS must be claimed within reasonable time after the buyer has
discovered the fault or defect. It is the buyer's duty to inform and on demand show how the fault or the defect occurs.
The buyer can normally only complain about faults and defects that occur at the latest one year after the products
have been delivered. For products with limited durability the buyer's right to complain is limited by the durability
period informed by PSE Parts 2017 ApS.
 
MX is an extreme sport subjecting both softparts and hardparts to extreme strain. It is expected that the user knows
of the use and maintenance of the product. No warranty is granted on goods in which general maintenance is not
complied and where the damage is caused by a crash or other kind of accident.
PSE Parts 2017 ApS is under no circumstances responsible for any consequential damages caused by wear and tear, crash,
accident or similar. The maximum obligation is limited to an amount not exceeding the purchase price of the product.
 
Price and payment:
All prices shown on this website are in EUR and without VAT.
In this shop you can order the products online and pay cash on delivery or by credit card online.
When paying with credit card the amount of the order will only be withdrawn from your account, once the order has
been sent from our warehouse.
 
Overdue invoices
In case of overdue invoices, no new orders will be sent until invoices have been paid.
 
Delivery and transportation:
Delivery of products from PSE Parts 2017 ApS is considered done when the buyer has received the products. All orders are
delivered by GLS, PostNord or UPS.
For orders reaching the minimum to get free freight, the order will be send with whatever forwarder chosen by PSE Parts 2017 ApS
regardless of the forwarder chosen when placing the order.
 
Delivery time:
The delivery time in Denmark is normally 1 to 3 days. For the rest of Europe 3 to 10 days and for countries outside of
Europe 14 to 21 days.
Delivery times are estimates only and PSE Parts 2017 ApS shall not be liable for delays.
 
Delivery - Deadline
Orders shipped with either PostNord or GLS received before 3:30PM will be send the same day.
Orders shipped with UPS received before 2:30PM will be send the same day.
After weekends and holidays the number of orders can influence our ability to send the orders same day as placed - so
the sooner you place your order, the better.
 
Delivery to end customer
If the delivery address is other than the address associated with the account, free freight does not apply regardless
the amount of the order.

If the order is placed for collection and not picked up - so the order is returned to PSE, the customer will be charged an
additional shipping fee due to non-collection.


Privacy Policy
PSE Parts 2017 ApS understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The policy will not disclose customer /
user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name,
address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
 
When you shop with us, we need the following information:
Name
Address
Shipping address if it is different from the billing address.
Phone number
Email address
VAT no.
 
We register and disclose your personal information to the selected freight company for the purpose of delivering the
item to you.
The personal data are registered with PSE Parts 2017 ApS and stored for five years after which the information is deleted.
 
We also collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. Companies only deal with information
on our behalf and may not use them for their own purposes.
Any credit card information is stored by Worldline.
 
Data Responsible for PSE Parts 2017 ApS is Jan Grøndal.
 
As registered with PSE Parts 2017 ApS, you are always entitled to send us your objections to registration. You also have the
right to understand what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data
Act.

Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled by phone or email to info@pse-parts.com. When canceling via email cancellation must be confirmed by PSE Parts 2017 ApS before it is valid.
 
Return policy:
As a starting point PSE Parts do not accept return of goods. However, if needed this can only happen with approval
from PSE Parts 2017 ApS.
 
The customer must return the products in the same condition and amount as they were delivered, and the customer
must pay the freight for returning the products to PSE Parts 2017 ApS.
These items will be credited with only 80% to cover handling.
 
For specified products where a more advantageous return policy applies, the more advantageous return policy applies
instead of the normal return policy.
 
Reservations:
Special products in this shop are only for use on racing tracks and must not be used on public road. Reservation for
writing errors and discontinued products.
